Request hold now, pick up and pay in store later.

Found something you like? Fill out this form and we'll put it on hold for you. Once the hold is confirmed, we'll email you and keep the album(s) aside for you for two business days. If something comes up and you're running late, contact us and we can extend the hold for a reasonable time. We do our best to honor all holds but, very occasionally, customers purchase a vinyl before we've seen your hold request and have set it aside for you.

1. Wait for a confirmation email from Purple Dog Records before picking up your order.

2. Once confirmed, visit our store within the following two business days. [Tuesday - Saturday: Noon - 6pm] [Sunday: Noon - 5pm] [Monday: Closed]

3. Show us your confirmation email (a personal ID or email confirmation is needed to verify your purchase)

4. Pay in store (we accept cash, check, Purple Dog Record gift cards, Downtown Naperville gift cards, debit, or credit cards).

5. Take your new-to-you vinyl home!
